Rebecca Thomas, RYT

Rebecca is an avid yoga enthusiast and yoga teacher. She grew up in Colorado with a passion for horses since learning to ride at age 3. She has traveled to 36 countries, enjoys international cuisine and held an exciting position marketing organic and natural products to consumers. This experience opened her mind to the world of healthful food choices and healthful living.

Since moving to Weatherford, she continues to pursue her interest in yoga and teaching while maintaining a wonderful position as business manager for an obstetrics and gynecologist office. Both areas lend themselves well to offering the community much needed areas of expertise! Rebecca is a guest teacher as her schedule permits.

Sarah Beth Gresham, RN, CRRN

Sarah Beth is an experienced medical and surgical registered nurse certified in rehabilitation. Since 2011 she has practiced at a nationally recognized Rehabilitation Hospital, working with patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions including Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury. Her true passion for nursing is helping patients with these types of conditions to learn to once again function at their highest possible capacity.

She enjoys teaching a wide variety of CPR classes, to both medical professionals requiring professional certification and to those who simply want to be prepared to help those around them in the event of an emergency. She utilizes her experience in the medical field to provide “real world” insight at CPR clinics at Circle Y and on-sight at businesses.

A native Texan and avid "foodie", she loves spending time with her two children in her hometown of Burleson, Texas and enjoys camping and ‘poker nights’ with good friends.
