Classes

Circle Y Yoga Ranch offers Hatha based yoga classes in a comfortable, safe environment. Experience is not needed and all are welcomed!  Students are guided to explore and challenge themselves at their own pace.  Helpful instruction and modification of postures meet the beginner and challenge the experienced student. Centering practices train and restore focus, relaxation and healing.  If you are a veteran or 1st responder, please see Warriors At Ease classes on this website.

Our intention is to share yoga practices that bring happy, healthier transitions in life expanding the circle of positive change. 

  • Find and register for a class that sounds interesting.  
  • Contact us with any questions or special needs.  Bring water and a mat.  Some are available for purchase.  Wear comfortable clothing allowing movement in all directions.
  • Try not to eat at least an hour before class.  Stay hydrated before and after class – water or a shake is perfect. Eating well is vital to healing and maintenance.
